It does not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical advice.
Results should not be interpreted as a diagnosis or substitute for professional evaluation.
If you have concerns about your mental health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.
3. Independent Status
The Assessment is an independent public-interest project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency, university, or international organization.

All text, graphics, frameworks, and code are © 2025 AI User Safety Initiative.
- You may view and share the tool for personal or educational use only.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any portion without written permission.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Assessment responsibly and honestly.
- Avoid submitting personal or confidential data.
- Refrain from attempting to interfere with site functionality or security.
6. Results and Limitations
Your results are generated algorithmically from your self-reported responses. They are intended for reflection and education only.
We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the AI User Safety Initiative and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use this Assessment.
8. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the AI User Safety Initiative and its personnel from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Assessment or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
10. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
