1. Overview
The AI User Wellbeing & Safety Self-Assessment (BETA) ("Assessment," "Tool," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent educational initiative developed by the AI User Safety Initiative. Our mission is to promote safe, ethical, and informed use of artificial-intelligence tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.
Important: The Assessment is not affiliated with any government body, academic institution, or global safety association.
2. Information We Collect
a. Assessment Responses
When you complete the Assessment, your answers are recorded anonymously.
We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or other direct identifiers unless you voluntarily choose to provide contact information (for example, to receive your results by email).
b. Optional Contact Information
If you opt in to receive your personalized report, newsletter, or research updates, your email address will be stored separately from assessment data and used only for that purpose.
You may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
